I have plenty of experience. I can help coordinate and manage many aspects of event production. Need hospitality or a hostess? A stage manager or Production Assistant? Help in the back office? Help leading up to the event? Some of my related, behind the scenes experience: Production Assistant on Commercial Shoot 2015: Client: Nickelodeon, NYC 4 day shoot. Assisted with all aspects of production. Trade Shows: Light Fair 2000 worked with Show Management Audio Engineering Society 1996: worked with Show Management Stage Manager, 1992: Singing Christmas Tree, Underground Atlanta Responsibilities included managing a choir of 70 singers during performances, approx. 25 shows during holiday season. Wore headset, led performers on and off the set, provided cues for musical director, sound man, and choir. Responsible for finding subs for singers who missed performances. Hospitality: RPM Recording Studio, 1985, The Rolling Stones Assistant to the Studio Manager: For 6 weeks I was responsible for making sure the musicians, crew and celebrity guests had a fresh spread of food and beverages in the studio lounge. I handled all deliveries, phone messages, oversaw instrument and gear rentals, kept guests in the lounge and out of recording area, light “security” tasks like making sure fans did not congregate at entrance, and general amusing tasks like selecting and presenting Mick’s birthday cake. |
